Lumaa handles your incoming booking calls, confirms reservations, manages waitlists, and follows up on enquiries — so your team focuses on the guest in front of them, not the phone.
Lumaa plugs into your lead list and starts calling. No training, no onboarding, no learning curve.
Phone call, website form, Instagram DM follow-up — any channel. Lumaa responds within minutes and handles the booking conversation.
Lumaa checks availability, confirms bookings, handles special requests, and manages waitlists — all in a warm, polished conversation that reflects your brand.
Front desk, restaurant hosts, and event coordinators deal only with guests who are confirmed and expected. No more chasing unconfirmed reservations.
In hospitality, the experience begins at the first point of contact. Lumaa answers every call with the warmth and professionalism your brand has worked to build — consistent every time, never rushed, never distracted.
Birthday setups, dietary requirements, high chairs, preferred seating — Lumaa captures every detail and passes it to your team before the guest arrives.
Peak hours, lunch service, Friday evenings — Lumaa answers every call instantly regardless of how busy your floor is.
When a booking cancels, Lumaa calls the next person on the waitlist immediately. Empty tables get filled the same evening.
Every morning your team gets a full picture of the day — confirmed covers, special requests, dietary notes, and any pending follow-ups.

A flat monthly rate — unlimited calls on your dedicated line. Best for teams who want predictable costs.
Pay only for connected talk time. No commitment — ideal when call volume varies month to month.
Only pay when a lead qualifies as interested after the call. We take the risk — you pay for results.
A guest ringing to book a table has placed the call themselves, which reads as outside Cabinet Resolution 56 of 2024. The resolution covers calls a company places to market something. Ringing a past guest about a brunch offer is that kind of call, and the whole regime attaches to it: 09:00 to 18:00 only, a list screened against the TDRA’s Do Not Call Registry (DNCR), and a recording notice at the top of the call.
One requirement catches venues that borrow an agency’s dialler. The number has to be registered to your own commercial licence. Hotels and restaurants in Dubai hold that licence from the Department of Economy and Tourism, and Maya calls from the venue’s own line rather than a shared pool. Where the boundary between the two call types blurs is covered in the UAE AI calling compliance guide.
